Lynne Carole was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. As a teenager, Lynne dreamed of becoming a model, a goal she realized through hard work and tenacious ambition. Lynne’s career began with her first professional photoshoot, which lead to her finishing as a finalist in a regional modeling contest sponsored by a local Chicago radio station “the Loop”. Over the next few months, her determination and talent eventually lead her to “The Playboy Modeling Agency” as a signed model at the age of 21. Lynne was soon proudly appearing on billboards, print, and commercials for United Airlines, AAA Motor Club and Excedrin as well as working trade shows throughout the Chicago market as well as, Dallas, and Las Vegas.
Although modeling was Lynne’s passion she was ambitious on many levels and eventually moved on, from one side of the camera to the other as she started a new career with “Chicago Images” as a model and talent booking agent. She has been helping models start their careers and find work ever since.
Lynne’s adventurous nature eventually lead her to NYC where she accepted a position at Barbizon as their NY Agency director. She worked for Barizon for 16 years.
In 2007 Lynne’s entrepreneurial spirit led her in a new direction. After persevering through some personal life issues, she boldly set out to start her own agency and never looked back. Lynne Carole has since become an enduring and respected leader in the casting industry, supplying a diverse range of talent, for not only live events , but for film and commercial print, fashion and much more nationwide.
Despite Lynne’s success as a business owner, and nationwide booking agent, she still enjoys modeling as well as acting and has appeared on One life to Live, The Wendy Williams Show Promo, a Reality TV pilot and in the pages of Red Book Magazine, Todays Women and Parent Magazine among others.
Lynne also manages her son’s acting career, helping Chase, her youngest, secure a role as Butch, in Universal Studios Latest Little Rascals movie: “The Little Rascals Save the Day.”
The Lynne Experience is Lynne’s newest business venture. She is boldly expanding what was accomplished at her first agency and taking her expertise to the next level. The Lynne Experience is the first true Nationwide experiential model/talent and marketing agency. Their specialty is combining beautiful people with innovative marketing solutions while promoting high end brands & products.
Robert Gonzalez is a seasoned agency and event executive with more than 20 years of experience in creating and executing large scale brand experiences internationally. He is well versed in both customer, program, and operational management. He has held a series of leadership positions at both business start-up and established companies. His focus is on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, planned growth, and profitability. He has an excellent ability to assess needs and execute innovative solutions to meet customer and corporate goals while yielding sustainable results. He also has a passion to build lasting business relationships on teams and within strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining The Lynne Experience, Robert was a former client of Lynne’s for close to 20 years. Additionally, Robert held operational leadership positions at Mosaic, The Marketing Arm and the AIM Agency. Throughout his career he has overseen the recruitment, training, and deployment of brand ambassadors for brands such as AMC, AT&T, Coke, Diageo, Disney, Frito Lay, General Mills, HBO, Lucas Films, Microsoft, Nestle, P&G, Pfizer, Sony, and Walmart. Robert’s largest deployment was over 15,000 promotional talent executing in one day across the country on behalf of a single campaign.
Robert is a native Southern California native. He lives in San Diego, California with his wife and 2 twin teenage children, a boy and a girl who have different birthdays. He enjoys traveling, reading, and bike riding.
